I’ve finally decided to get a site setup that will allow you to keep track of things that are happening with the server and other related things (software updates, glitches, etc.). In doing so, I’ve also added the following things:
- A new help desk section. Now you can report issues and glitches and keep an eye on the resolution process.
- Webmail Access (if you have e-mail accounts setup for your site).
